In short

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking services and loads nothing from other servers. The fonts are served from this site too.

Hosting and server log files

The website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus. When you open a page, the server processes data your browser sends for technical reasons: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the page you came from (referrer), and your browser and operating system.

This is necessary to deliver the website and keep it secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement with the host is in place (Art. 28 GDPR). Log files are deleted according to the host's retention periods. The host's privacy notice

Storage in your browser

The website stores at most two entries in your browser. They are never sent anywhere:

lucianstana:test-view (localStorage): whether you switched test view on or off, so your choice is kept for your next visit.

lucianstana:recording (sessionStorage): the recorded steps, only at the moment you switch language, so the recording continues on the other page. As soon as that page has loaded, the entry is deleted again.

Each is only written when you use that feature yourself, and is strictly necessary for it (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG). You can delete them at any time in your browser's settings.

Contact by email, phone or WhatsApp

If you write to or call me, I process your details to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR) and delete them when they are no longer needed for that. Messages via WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp's (Meta's) terms; data may be transferred to the USA.

Links to other websites

Links to LinkedIn, GitHub and project websites only open when you click them. Those providers' privacy policies apply from then on.

Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object (Art. 21 GDPR).

You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority, for example the Bavarian Data Protection Authority (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
